Property Manager. The Property Management Company for Eden Lane is Taylor Management. Steve Caparulo is the Property Manager and Lirelle Klein is the Property Administrator. They can be reached at (973) 267-9000.

Contacting the Management Company. The management company should be notified for any of the following situations - Common Area Maintenance Issues; Safety Hazards; Breaks in Exterior Walls, Walkways, Patios and Railings; Dead and Diseased Shrubs or Trees; Roof Leaks, Malfunctioning Street, Garage and Yard Lights; Lawn Problems; Pest Problems.

Maintenance Fees.  The Maintenance Fee for Eden Lane is $230/month. The fees include Landscaping, Water, Snow Removal, Exterior Maintenace, Exterior Insurance, Swimming Pool, Playgrounds, and the Picnic Areas.

Utility Company. Here are the contract numbers for the utility companys that service Eden Lane.

Satellite Dishes. All Unit Owners must complete a Property Modification Form prior to installing a satellite dish. The owner must detail the location desired for the installation. Satellites may not be affixed to the roof. Any satellite dish that is installed without approval will be sent a notification to remove the dish until a proper location is determined. The owner's account will be fined for not contacting the Assocaiton prior to the installation.

Pets. Eden Lane owners are permitted to have 2 household pets. Dogs must be under 40 pounds. Be sure to clean up after your pets!

Swimming Pool.
  The Eden Lane Community Pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
